The Los Angeles Press Club is saddened to hear about the sudden passing of Sam Rubin. Los Angeles’ journalism community has lost one of its shining stars. Entertainment reporting will not be the same without his distinctive voice.
In 2010, Sam Rubin was honored with the Luminary Award for Career Achievement from the LA Press Club. In addition, he has won numerous awards from the club.
